The most tender and peaceful of all Dolsky's albums. It should be titled "The very best of Alexander Dolsky" - songs like "Star on a Palm", "September, Raining Again", "Farewell Song" are definitely Dolsky's hits. Mid-tones, patches of sunlight, guitar solos, the world seen with the eyes of a child - here you can get an impression of Dolsky's technique and style. He's an impressionist of a kind. According to him, 'the whole world has been divided into two halves - love and all the rest". Well, this release is from the first part of the world. The СВ could have become a wonderful prelude to Dolsky's Collected Works, but the rest albums are unfortunately much worse.

Quotes.
"Of course I'm more experienced now, still I like my old songs most of all. "September, Raininig Again", "Loneliness", "Farewell Song". The audience always asks me to sing these songs during my concerts" (Alexander Dolsky. From an interview)
"These songs are resembling folk-songs to an extend, and they are similar to real art. The thing is that bard song wants to enrich spiritual life of the people". (Alexander Dolsky. From an interview)
