The fifth international musical festival Golden Autumn in Moscow Kremlin was opened in Kremlin Armory. The festival is organized by Russian Culture foundation, reservation museum Moscow Kremlin, with the help of German Embassy in Russia. This year festival is dedicated to Pushkins 200-th anniversary.
There was a concert already by a chamber orchestra of german foundation Villa Musica. The foundation views up to 300 performers every year. The best are chosen to give master class, tour with famous musicians, record for next three years. Musicians, sponsored by the foundation scholarship live in 20 countries. In Russia the foundation is supported by world-famous musicians: altoist Yury Bashmet and violinist Victor Tretyakov.
The festival concerts will go all through September. September 9 is an evening with the Mariinsky opera tenor Sergei Alexashin. September 14 is a recital of chamber choir Ratev from Vladimir. September 29 the scenes from Rimsky-Korsakov operas based on Pushkins masterpieces. Festival closing is September 30. The will be a concerts of scholarship members of Russian National Program Young Talents.
