Oasis will join the Foo Fighters, Beck, and Moby, among others, for the Y100 FEASTival in Philadelphia on Dec. 3.
The show, a benefit for the Greater Philadelphia Food Bank, will take place at the 22,000-capacity First Union Center. Oasis, who have just finished the recording of their fourth album, haven't appeared on stage since March 1998.
Expected to join the band from here on out will be former Heavy Stereo guitarist Gem, who has been tagged as the replacement for the recently departed Paul "Bonehead" Arthurs. Although the band has yet to replace former bassist Paul "Guigsy" McGuigan, there are rumors that Gallagher Brothers have someone in mind. It is also rumored that the band will play several U.S. dates in December, although a spokesperson for the band at Epic Records could not confirm any dates other than Philly.
