Strictly speaking, the group Lube publicly appeared in the spring of 1989- right on Alla Pugacheva's birthday- with the song "Dusya-Aggregate." So the 10-year anniversary celebration has come a little too late. "We just could find the time to celebrate the anniversary," Nikolai Rastorguev remarked at a recent press conference. On May 13, there will be a concert of the group in the Olympic Stadium, commemorating the anniversary. There won't be a military choir, but one of the songs from the album "Lube Zone" will be performed by the group with the help of the Pyatnitsky choir. The concert will also include Lube's best compositions. The televised version of the concert will be aired on ORT a week later.
