Former frontman of Van Halen is sueing his former manager over a web site which sells memorabilia.

The suit was filed on Friday in Los Angeles against Edmund Anderson. The suit was filed as a result of Roth attempting to clean up the bootlegging and piracy of his image off the Internet. Anderson had been permitted to set the web site up and sell Van Halen T-shirts and pothers among other items. In February he was told to shut down the web site about the same time he stopped working for Roth.
