At a press conference held in London Robbie Williams has revealed his intention to use his influence to assist UNICEF in helping children in trouble. He announced that he would visit Sri Lanka again next year as part of the celebration of 10 years of the UN Convention on the 'Rights of the Child'. Last year Robbie visited Sri Lanka with Ian Dury to lend support to UNICEF's immunisation programme in the country. Robbie indicated that he feels extremely lucky having reached such a success in his work (he's become the UK's favourite male entertainer), and now he now feels he can, and must, give something back.
