Aretha Franklin has been acknowledged as the Queen Of Soul for three decades, but now she has plans to write a cookbook. She has also been offered a cooking show on TV. The legendary singer, who appears on Mary J. Blige's latest album, "Mary," is currently studying opera at New York's Julliard School and is working on an album of operatic arias to be released on her own label, World Class Records. Franklin, who has won 16 Grammys and was the first woman inducted into the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame, has just released her autobiography, "Aretha: From These Roots," co-written with David Ritz ("Blues All Around Me : The Autobiography of B.B. King").
