In brief: 46 is a demo-version of "The Boss of Kamchatka". Recorded by Tsoi and Kasparyan at YANSHEEVA Studio in 1983 (btw, there is a mistake in the booklet: "recorded in 1986". Don't beleive them) with the participation of Mike Naumenko. Bonus tracks - songs from the 1983-85 concerts.
